iTRI is an incredible long distance triathlon. But by completing it in bite-sized chunks across the whole of June, you can conquer it whenever and wherever suits you. Swim 2.4 miles, cycle 112 miles and run 26.2 miles. You’ve got 30 days to cover the distance, and by raising funds, you’ll be making a massive difference to the lives of vulnerable children.
iTRI runs from Saturday 1 June to Sunday 30 June 2019. You have one whole month to stack up your triathlon miles. You can sign up to iTRI today and we’ll stay in touch with fundraising and training tips to get you prepped before the big month.
No, iTRI is absolutely free to enter. We encourage anyone taking part to raise as much as they can. Every £1 raised will help us change a child’s life.
No, you don’t have to pledge to raise a set amount. But obviously we’d love you to raise as much as you can, so we’ve provided plenty of free fundraising materials for you to download. Remember, the iTRI finishing line is online so you’ll also find useful things like mile trackers to help you keep pace with your progress. All iTRI heroes who raise £100 or more will receive an iTRI goody bag! All you need to do is pay in your fundraising by Sunday 11 August. Find out more about iTRI rewards.

Yes, iTRI is completely flexible to fit within your lifestyle. There’s no set schedule – you can decide on the order in which you want to complete the targets and can complete the distances for each at any time within the month of June.
No, you decide what distance you want to do, when. The challenge is to swim 2.4 miles, cycle 112 miles and run 26.2 miles in total by the end of June.

To link your account to your profile simply locate your profile page on our website and scroll to the bottom. From there you will see the Strava and MapMyFitness buttons. Follow the on-screen instructions and your data will be automatically linked to your profile during the campaign.

To update your story you will need to amend this via your JustGiving Fundraising page. Please log in via JustGiving.com.

For completing the whole iTRI. Don’t forget to tell friends and family you’re taking on a long distance triathlon, every mile of it – they’ll help keep you motivated to the last mile. Remember you can share a read-only version of your profile page with friends and family so they can keep track of your progress during June and donate to your JustGiving page!
Your triathlon must be completed during June so any money that you’ve raised should be paid to us by Sunday 11 August. That gives you six weeks to get all sponsorship money in once you’ve conquered your triathlon. Find more information on how to pay in your money in the Fundraising Pack.
